The best pastrami and cheese I have ever had hands down. The pastrami itself was very flavorful and tender, and the ciabatta was delicious held the sandwich together perfectly. The service is always very good as well, and the staff is very friendly. The pasta salad was also pretty good. Highly recommend professors market.

A nice location in downtown Reading, MA. A large choice of both ready made meals and made to order. Nice atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The ready made Caesar Salad was delicious, and my made to order BLT was generous and also delicious! Even the prices were very reasonable! I will definitely go back!

Stopped by professors the other day looking for somethin to eat, got a chicken parm sub, which was excellent, and a side of pasta salad and a bottled root beer, lots of to go options stocked in the cooler, as well as sandwiches and smoothies to order, deli style atmosphere, window seating for eat in, I'd definitely come back and try something else.

Clean, well run, owner was very cordial. Kale, banana, coconut water Smoothie was a bit too sweet, next time no agave, it's not needed. Brother got a blt sandwich which was very good. Downside, they have cold soups you can take away to heat at home but no hot soups on premise. Overall great experience for a quick bite.

When I worked in the area, I came everyday and ordered a carrot juice with ginger. I was in town recently and decided to see if they still made my order right, and, confirmed, they do. Little to no pulp and a nice balance with the ginger. I've also catered from them before, and they provide really nice, rich, Italian comfort food. If you're in the area, I'd recommend them for a satisfying to-go option.
